Your conference registration fee includes access to all conference sessions (except Sunday’s optional preconference workshop which is $300), materials, conference-sponsored meals and entertainment. The fee also includes one planned recreational activity scheduled for the afternoon of Tuesday, Oct. 7. Participants are responsible for individual travel expenses, accommodations and ground transportation.

Also new this year, you can now view the breakout session descriptions and schedule, and note your selections on the conference registration form. This allows you to better plan your time before arriving at the conference!

Resort reservations
Experian will process all resort reservations for conference attendees based on the conference registration forms. Please do not contact the resort directly to make your reservations. Participants will be asked to present a credit card upon check-in.

The rate for a single or double room is $249 per night, plus tax. This discounted group rate is also offered three days prior and three days after the conference, based on availability. Check-in is at 4 p.m. Checkout is at 12 p.m. This special group rate is guaranteed until Sept. 16. After that date, reservations with this rate are accepted on a space-available basis.

Spouse/Guest registration information
The fee for spouse/guest registration is $300. All guests will be required to wear a name badge to gain access to Experian meals, evening events and the recreational activity. The guest registration does not include admission to any Vision conference sessions.

Sightseeing and shopping excursions may be arranged, for an additional fee, directly through the resort concierge.

This registration is limited to family members or friends who do not work in the financial services industry.

Cancellation policy
Full refunds will be granted if Experian is notified of your cancellation, in writing, at least 10 days prior to the conference start date. No refunds will be made to registrants failing to attend without 10 days’ prior written notification. However, substitutions will be accepted.
