The Heart of Experian, the company’s dedicated community outreach program, supports Experian’s business strategy while bringing employees’ personal values to life. Experian’s outreach is focused on four core community promises: enriching education, assisting children, serving as an advocate for various health issues and supporting a variety of human services.

By fostering lasting relationships with local organizations, funding local initiatives and providing community support, the company is able to champion a number of important causes while simultaneously promoting a strong culture of caring from within.
We the people
Experian realizes that our employees’ talents extend well beyond their achievements in the workplace. Personal and professional development is continually fostered through a variety of volunteer activities and initiatives, including financial support, matching opportunities and event coordination.
Through volunteering projects, The Heart of Experian empowers employees to take an active role in surrounding neighborhoods, strengthening ties to the community and building a variety of dedicated relationships. In addition, employees often learn new skills and hone team-building practices while contributing to the social well-being of the community at large.
Supporting the future
Our primary locations collaborate with local schools to provide student awards, computer labs, educational materials and volunteer opportunities. The company’s major educational initiative, the National Education Awards, honors a number of local schools each year with a donation to fund a specific project. The Heart of Experian also recognizes exceptional academic performance through its college scholarship program and grade school achievement awards for the children of employees.
