Online access options
Experian continues to make strides in secure-access technology via the Internet, and we offer several online delivery options suitable for a variety of users.

eSolutions – A browser-based access method returning TTY (TeleType) or human-readable consumer credit reports.

Net Connect – A non-browser-based access method returning ARF (Automated Response Format), a machine-readable credit report format (or TTY) for consumer and business credit reports. Net Connect requires installed software from an Experian certified vendor.

BIZApps – A browser-based access method returning TTY or human-readable business credit reports.

  • If you access TTY human readable business credit reports, use BIZApps.
  • If your access is Machine Readable Automated Response Format (ARF), use Net Connect.
